“The best government is the one that has yet to come, provided it never comes,” according to one of the many aphorism featured in this film, a road trip trough the modern-day Serbia, full of merciless black humor, satire and sarcasm. Continuing the essay-film tradition of Chris Marker and Jean-Luc Godard, this documentary explores how language is used to subvert and resist war, corruption and the utter madness surronding us.
